Lubbl

Lubbls are large carnivorous species that have three life stages, an amphibious infancy, land dwelling but infertile stage that they spend most of their life in, and then a short warm blooded fertile stage that lasts a few years before they die. Modern medicine has allowed lubbls to put off their transformation into their final life stage for as long as they like.
